Job summary

R SYSTEMS CONSULTING SERVICES LIMITED in Singapore seeks an experienced Solution Architect to lead digital transformation initiatives. You will design cloud-native, microservices architectures, integrate AI-driven solutions, and guide governance-ready architectures across Asia.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into actionable blueprints, drive security and data governance, and present architectures in regional governance forums.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience as a Solution Architect with digital transformation exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies.
• Expertise in cloud-native microservices (Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI).
• Solid understanding of security, architectural frameworks, and DevOps/CI/CD best practices.
• Familiarity with architecture-as-code design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Insurance domain knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct POCs, technical assessments, and feasibility studies to evaluate emerging technologies and solutions.
• Partner with customer experience and marketing business to improve net promoter scores and generate upsell opportunities.
• Build AI driven solutions and tools to improve distributors and partners sales experience.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical blueprints.
• Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present solution architectures in governance local and Asia governance forums.
• Act as an internal consultant to craft business transformation proposals and lead implementation through interim architectures.
• Evaluate vendor solutions for architecture risk, security, resiliency, and availability.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Insurance domain knowledge is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects within financial services or insurance.
• Certifications in cloud platforms, or AI technologies is a plus.
