Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customs and trade compliance.
• Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare) strongly preferred.
• Strong communication in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead customs compliance and trade operations across SEA.
• Design and document SOPs for import/export; establish KPIs for monitoring.
• Manage 3PL/4PL providers, brokers and optimize vendor performance.
• Coordinate with IT to drive digitalization of customs processes.
