Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is driving a transformation of the APAC warehousing and transportation network. The Manager, 3PL Partner Excellence will deploy a harmonized partner management framework, govern APAC 3PL engagements, and coordinate with Deliver Operations and Procurement to ensure contract adherence and KPI delivery.

This role requires 8-10 years in supply chain, strong governance, and regional experience across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or partner/vendor coordination.
• Experience in warehouse, transportation or 3PL-managed logistics environments.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
• Experience managing operations across multiple regional markets.
• MBA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deploy segmentation and engagement plans across APAC.
• Define contracting standards and governance with procurement partners.
• Track performance and operate a centralized performance portal.
• Ensure adherence to standards, KPIs and CIP programs.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to drive transformation.
• Oversee DC transition and partner onboarding, ensuring value delivery.
