HEILIND ASIA PACIFIC (SG) PTE. LTD. is seeking a regional HR professional to manage end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and staff relations for the group. You will partner with line managers to address performance and workplace issues and support HR programs.

This role covers medical insurance administration, HR policy development, and participation in transformation projects, requiring a degree in HR/Business and at least 3 years in sizeable companies. Immediate availability is preferred.

Formación

• Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Management or related.
• At least 3 years' experience in sizeable companies.
• Strong sense of responsibilities, mature, self-motivated, independent and good presentation skills.
• Detailed minded with initiatives in dealing with various people in a multi-cultural environment.
• Good team player with good communication and organizational skills.
• Familiar with PC applications and Chinese word processing.
• Immediate availability is highly preferable.

• Assist in other human resources projects and transformation projects as assigned.
• Provide HR administrative and clerical support, documents and filing.
