Zusammenfassung

The Curtain Boutique in Singapore is seeking an HR generalist to support full HR responsibilities and partner on strategic initiatives.

You will handle onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, work pass processes with MOM, and government grants, while creating an engaging workplace and delivering training.

Strong empathy, organization, communication and attention to detail are essential; Mandarin is a bonus, immediate availability is a plus, and construction sector experience is welcomed.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.

You will:

• Be providing full spectrum of Human Resource and administrative duties.
• Handle full on-boarding and off-boarding process including new staff orientation and exit interviews
• Assist in full-cycle recruitment process
• Be responsible for work pass applications, renewals and other MOM-related administrative matters.
• Apply for government-related grants and programs when required.
• Create an amazing place for people to work in.
• Conduct training programs for staffs
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
