Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design across multiple HRIS modules and define integration architecture
• Act as trusted advisor to CHROs, HR Directors, and C-suite stakeholders
• Lead pre-sales activities including demos, effort estimation, and proposals
• Oversee delivery governance, ensuring quality, scope, and risk management
• Develop delivery frameworks, mentoring, and competency standards for the practice
