Job summary

Rolling Arrays Consulting Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced HRTech leader to drive strategic HRIS solution design and multi-module integration across client engagements. You will shape architecture, governance, and delivery while guiding executives through complex technology adoption.

You will mentor teams, develop delivery frameworks, and own pre-sales activities, ensuring alignment with clients' HR transformation journeys and ecosystem strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 8 to 16 years in HRTech consulting.
• Multi-module expertise with proven pre-sales and solution ownership experience.
• Outstanding executive communication and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proven track record in people development and practice capability building.
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design: Lead end-to-end solution design across multiple HRIS modules.
• Define integration architecture and advise on HRTech ecosystem alignment.
• Strategic Client Advisory: Guide CHROs, HR Directors, and C-suite stakeholders through HR process re-engineering and technology adoption.
• Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Lead demos, effort estimation, and solution proposals; represent delivery in client conversations and RFPs.
• Delivery Governance: Oversee quality, scope, and risk across complex delivery programs; resolve issues with senior stakeholders.
• Capability Building & People Leadership: Develop delivery frameworks, IPs, tools, and mentor Lead Consultants; define learning pathways.
