Job summary

Rolling Arrays - Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, multi-workstream HRTech transformation programmes. You will govern, manage C-suite relationships, and drive programme-level decisions across vendors and delivery teams.

Expertise in SuccessFactors or Workday/Oracle is valued, with a track record in enterprise transformations and clear commercial stewardship. You will build and mentor a high-performing PMO and drive governance excellence.

Qualifications

• MSP, PMP or PRINCE2 certifications preferred.
• Real implementation-partner delivery experience is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent senior delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream HRTech programmes with multiple vendors and offshore/onshore teams.
• Define governance model and reporting cadence for the programme.
• Manage C-suite relationships and steering committee decisions.
• Anticipate risks and design enterprise-grade mitigations.
• Coach Project Managers and uplift PMO capability.
• Protect margins by managing resourcing and scope across the programme.
• Contribute to RA delivery frameworks and PMO standards.
