Job summary

Rolling Arrays Consulting PTE.LTD. is seeking an experienced project leader to own end-to-end HRTech implementation delivery in Singapore. You will manage governance, client relationships, financials, and team performance, with mandatory team leadership accountability.

You will drive program execution, risk management, scope control, and commercial awareness across large-scale software deployments. Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills are essential to guide

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner preferred.
7–10 years of project management experience in HRTech implementations.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale software implementations.
Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
Demonstrated people management and team development capability.
Certifications: Project Management Certification recommended.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of HRTech implementation projects from initiation to closure.
Lead client relationship management and executive project reviews.
Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations with mitigation strategies.
Coach junior team members and conduct regular 1:1s for feedback.
Ensure PMO governance and audit-ready documentation.
