Job summary

You will drive PMO governance, mentor project staff, manage risks, and present progress to sponsors. The role requires 7–10 years of PM experience, PMP/PRINCE2, and a proven track record delivering large software projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP/PRINCE2 Practitioner preferred.
• 7–10 years of project management experience in HRTech implementations.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale software implementations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Demonstrated people management and team development capability.
• Certifications: Project Management Certification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure.
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, financials and quality.
• Build and maintain client relationships and conduct executive reviews.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and escalations with mitigations.
• Lead cross-functional teams; coach and develop staff; conduct 1:1s.
• Adhere to PMO standards and ensure audit-ready documentation.
