Job summary

The public sector organisation represented by Kerry Consulting seeks an experienced HRIS professional to drive implementation, enhancement and optimisation of HR systems and processes across the organisation.

You will lead AI and automation initiatives, deploy SAP SuccessFactors Joule and related tools, redesign workflows, and collaborate with HR, IT and vendors to improve service delivery and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified with at least 10 years in HRIS.
• Experience in AI, automation and digitalisation within HRIS.
• Hands-on with SuccessFactors Joule, ServiceNow, Payroll S4 Hana and SmartRecruiter.
• Familiar with RPA and Power Platform tools.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement AI/automation use cases across HR.
• Drive HR digitalisation and AI initiatives with stakeholders.
• Support integration of HR systems with vendors and IT.
• Lead process redesign to streamline workflows and improve self-service.
• Ensure data governance and continuous improvement of the HRIS landscape.
