Job summary

Kerry Consulting is assisting a leading public sector organisation with a large, complex workforce to recruit an experienced HRIS leader to drive the HRIS roadmap and advance AI and automation capabilities.

You will partner with senior HR, IT and business stakeholders, oversee integrations and governance, and champion transformation initiatives across multiple entities to deliver improved HR service delivery and employee experience.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive HRIS/HR Technology/Digital HR Transformation experience.
Experience leading HR technology initiatives and influencing multiple functions.
Experience driving AI, automation and digitalisation in HRIS space.
Strong knowledge of enterprise HR tech ecosystems incl SAP SuccessFactors, S4HANA Payroll; exposure to Joule, ServiceNow, SmartRecruiters.
Strategic, commercially minded with ability to balance transformation priorities with delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead the organisation-wide HRIS roadmap across entities, leveraging AI and automation.
Partner with senior HR, IT and business leaders to translate needs into tech solutions.
Advise senior stakeholders on HR technology, enhancements and process redesign.
Drive AI and automation use cases to improve HR service delivery and experience.
Align stakeholders across functions to prioritise and ensure adoption of HR tech initiatives.
Oversee system integrations, enhancements and transformation projects with internal teams and vendors.
Establish governance, data controls and continuous improvement across HR technology.
