Job summary

The public sector organisation represented by Kerry Consulting seeks an experienced HRIS professional to drive implementation, enhancement and optimisation of HR systems and processes across the organisation.

You will lead AI and automation initiatives, deploy SAP SuccessFactors Joule and related tools, redesign workflows, and collaborate with HR, IT and vendors to improve service delivery and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified with at least 10 years in HRIS.
• Experience in AI, automation and digitalisation within HRIS.
• Hands-on with SuccessFactors Joule, ServiceNow, Payroll S4 Hana and SmartRecruiter.
• Familiar with RPA and Power Platform tools.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Overview

Our client is a leading public sector organisation with a strong focus on digital transformation. They are seeking an experienced HRIS professional to drive the implementation, enhancement and optimisation of HR systems and processes across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement practical AI and automation use cases across HR, including AI-enabled chatbots, automated employee queries, intelligent workflows and Gen AI solutions.
• Drive HR digitalisation and AI initiatives, partnering closely with stakeholders across multiple entities to enhance HR operations through technology, automation and process improvements.
• Support the delivery and adoption of AI capabilities within the HR technology ecosystem, including SAP SuccessFactors Joule and other emerging digital solutions.
• Lead process redesign efforts by reviewing existing workflows and identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve employee self-service and enhance overall user experience.
• Leverage tools such as RPA, Power Automate and Power Platform solutions to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation, enhancement and integration of HR systems, working closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ensure effective system governance, data integrity and continuous improvement across the HRIS landscape.

Requirements

• Degree-qualified with at least 10 years of progressive experience in HRIS, ideally within large and complex organisations.
• Recent experience or strong exposure to AI, automation and digitalisation initiatives within the HRIS space.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Joule, ServiceNow, Payroll S4 Hana and Smart recruiter will be highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as RPA, Power Automate, Power Platform or Power Query.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technology and system solutions.
