Job summary

IPOS International seeks a strategic, hands-on leader to transform its HR system and payroll operating model and to drive HR digitalisation and AI adoption. You will independently manage the full transformation lifecycle from requirements definition, evaluation of options, tender and procurement, through implementation, UAT, go-live and stabilisation.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience in HR systems, HR technology, HR operations or digital transformation.
Hands-on experience leading at least one end-to-end HRIS implementation from requirements to stabilisation.
Strong procurement and tender management experience within public-sector governance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HR system and payroll operating model review, identifying gaps and defining the future model.
Drive requirements, tendering, procurement and vendor evaluation for HR tech delivery.
Oversee system implementation, data migration, integration, UAT, cutover and go-live.
