Job summary

IPOS International is seeking a strategic leader to transform our HR system and payroll operating model. You will define requirements, evaluate delivery options, champion tender processes, and lead system implementation, testing, go-live and stabilisation.

The role emphasizes AI adoption, digitalisation, and sustainable HR analytics to boost productivity and employee experience. The incumbent will drive change management, training and post-implementation support, partnering with HR, IT, Finance

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in HR systems, HR technology, HR operations or digital transformation, including 4–5 years of hands-on HRIS implementation/digitalisation leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR system and payroll operating model review, identify gaps and define future HR technology and operating model.
• Evaluate payroll operating models and recommend in-house vs outsourced solutions.
• Drive end-to-end system implementation, data migration, integration, testing, cutover and go-live.
