Job summary

National Healthcare Group Corporate Office (HQ) in Singapore seeks a Group HRIS Lead to spearhead complex HRIS initiatives across NHG, ensuring systems align with priorities, operations, and compliance. The role owns an end-to-end HRIS initiative portfolio and drives adoption and utilisation improvements for the modules under their lead.

The position acts as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, uses enterprise-level judgement in ambiguous situations, and supports the HRIS leader in building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 6–10 years of HRIS operations, HR technology or enterprise system support experience.
• Strong experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, D365).

Responsibilities

• Own and support assigned SuccessFactors modules, drive issue resolution, and guide internal teams and vendors on functional matters.
• Handle recurring BAU changes and configuration updates driven by SAP's release cycles.
• Act as secondary support for several SuccessFactors modules, including testing on EC changes and coordinating with HRSS and HRIS teams.
• Coordinate with vendors on tickets, patches, and releases affecting the owned module.
