Job summary

You will provide direct people leadership, manage complex escalations, and drive cross-institution initiatives, BAU stability, and continuous improvement, balancing service readiness with transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience: 6–8 years in HR operations or shared services.
• Proven people leadership and team management.
• Experience supporting large-scale onboarding or HR shared services environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead In-Service operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant service delivery across NHG institutions.
• Act as primary escalation and decision-maker for complex cases and cross-institution issues.
• Ensure governance, audit, and compliance within the In-Service domain.
• Provide direct people leadership to the In-Service team, including workload planning and performance management.
• Build team readiness to support service scale-up and expansion.
• Drive standardisation, continuous improvement, and process optimisation.
• Translate operational risks into actionable improvements.
