Job summary

The Edge Partnership Holdings PTE. LTD. is seeking an HRIS Manager to oversee our HRIS platform, drive system enhancements, and lead multi-entity implementations across the organization in Singapore.

You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage projects, and drive automation, while overseeing day-to-day HRIS operations, training, and adoption. This role demands strong vendor and project management skills and a focus on data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HRIS experience with team management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations or ongoing support.
• Good understanding of HR policies, processes and systems.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and project management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HRIS roadmap including system enhancements, upgrades, change requests and new initiatives.
• Manage HRIS vendors, contracts, procurement, budgets and service levels.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive process improvements and automation.
• Oversee day-to-day HRIS operations, user support, system training and adoption.
• Ensure data integrity, system security, user access controls and regulatory compliance.
