Job summary

Epergne Solutions in Singapore is seeking an experienced Workday Enterprise Consultant to assess, optimize, and transform Workday tenant configurations. You will conduct technical audits, improve business processes, and support scalable HR operations.

The role focuses on BP design, security configurations, data validation, reporting, and integrations, delivering remediation plans and documentation for cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of Workday HCM experience required.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Experience with Workday tenant assessments, configuration, optimization, and BP design.
• Good understanding of Workday security framework, RBAC, and BP architecture.
• Experience with data validation, reporting and system optimization.
• Knowledge of Workday integrations with enterprise apps is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Workday tenant remediation or large‑scale implementation/re‑implementation projects.
• Familiarity with Workday integrations and enterprise HR technology ecosystems.
• Understanding of cloud‑based HR systems, automation, and AI‑enabled HR solutions.
• Relevant Workday certifications are preferred.
