SATS Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to shape people strategies, drive organisational effectiveness, and partner with senior leaders across the business.

You will lead performance development, workforce planning, and change initiatives, aligning HR policies with global standards and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. 7–10 years of HCBP experience is required.

Competenze

• 7–10 years of experience in human capital business partnering.
• Experience in employee/labour relations, performance development and talent management.
• Strong ability to align HR policies with business strategy across a global organisation.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic HR advice and consultancy to senior management and leadership teams.
• Support performance management, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, and ad-hoc HR projects.
• Drive strategic HR initiatives to align with business objectives and performance goals.
• Lead communications and oversee key people initiatives to foster high performance and inclusivity.
• Engage with senior management on employee development and performance management.
• Ensure alignment of HR policies and processes with statutory requirements and group standards.
