Job summary

hyphen partners is assisting a global fintech expanding in Asia to strengthen its HRBP team in Singapore. The Senior HRBP will partner with vertical leaders, advise on people strategies, and drive lifecycle initiatives across the org.

You will coach managers on leadership development, support organizational design, and work closely with senior stakeholders on high-impact people projects, including cross-border M&A. Bilingual English and Mandarin is a plus given regional scope.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HRBP in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions or similar projects.

Job description

Our client is a global fintech that is expanding internationally, with a focus on the Asia market. They are making additions to their HRBP team, who will own one of the key BU verticals within the company.

As a senior HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our business needs and supporting functional managers in making strategic decisions. Your responsibilities will include driving initiatives across the employee life cycle, fostering strong client relationships, coaching managers for leadership development, and actively engaging in organizational design. You will be a key business partner to the vertical leaders, and advise them on making the best decision from an HR perspective.

We're looking for someone with proven experience in a fast-paced HRBP role, preferably from a tech firm, with experience working closely with senior stakeholders and a track record of successfully leading and executing people-related projects such as M&A, etc.

Candidates who are bilingual in English and Mandarin will have an advantage for the role given the geographical scope focus.
