Job summary

Bitget Wallet in Singapore is seeking an HR Business Partner with 3+ years of HRBP experience to support organizational effectiveness and talent initiatives.

You will partner with leadership to advance performance management, talent acquisition, development and employee relations while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR or related field.
• At least 3 years of HRBP experience.
• Excellent bilingual communication in English and Mandarin.

• Fully support the dedicated departments by aligning with business strategies and implementing HR initiatives.

• Leverage recruitment channels to meet talent needs and design growth paths and development programs.

What you'll do

• Fully support the the dedicated departments by gaining deep insight into business operations and team dynamics, accurately aligning with business strategies, and ensuring the efficient implementation of HR initiatives.
• Identify organizational opportunities and challenges. Apply advanced HR theories, tools, and methodologies to provide effective solutions in talent development, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and employees to foster a positive and high-performing work environment. Actively address real issues, communicate accurately and efficiently, and improve team outcomes and organizational effectiveness.
• Leverage diverse recruitment channels to accurately meet talent needs. Design personalized growth paths and development programs based on team status and drive the execution of talent development plans.
• Understand the evolving talent and organizational needs driven by business growth. Support periodic reviews of organizational structure and talent inventory, and mobilize all available resources to enhance organizational, team, and individual capabilities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of HRBP experience in relevant industries;
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin, with a global mindset. Experience supporting international teams is a strong plus;
• Solid understanding of core HR functions, with hands-on experience in performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development;
• Strong execution and service orientation, with a high sense of responsibility and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality results on time;
• Positive and proactive attitude, strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to independently drive and resolve issues;
• Strong learning agility and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
