Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• 6–8 years of HR operations or shared services experience.
• Proven people leadership and team management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead In-Service operations to ensure timely, accurate and compliant service delivery across institutions.
• Provide direct people leadership, including workload planning, performance management and capability development.
• Ensure operational readiness and scalability for new institutional intake and transitions.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives, standardisation and continuous improvement while maintaining BAU stability.
