Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Shared Service to lead a HR shared service team delivering operational HR support across NUHS institutions in line with service level agreements and key performance indicators.

You will guide the team to handle the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will coach and develop team members, drive process improvements and system enhancements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders within

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or business-related qualification.
• At least 10 years HR experience, of which 8 years are HR Operations experience and knowledge of Singapore work pass requirements.
• Minimum 5 years experience in people-management with direct onsite oversight.
• HR shared services experience in large-scale organizations or HR contact centre experience is a plus.
• Ability to drive and implement work improvements.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Interest in exploring technological system solutions.
• Ability to operate in a performance-driven environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Organized, meticulous and proactive.
• Open to changes in HR Group Shared Services due to reorganization and resource shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a HR shared service team to provide HR operational support to all NUHS institutions per SLA and KPIs.
• Coach and develop team members to handle complex issues and improve service quality.
• Ensure processes comply with HR policies and government regulations; design and implement process and system improvements.
• Act as a key liaison and collaborate with stakeholders from the NUHS HR community on service delivery matters.
