EXPONENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, attendance and employee administration in Singapore.

You will develop and implement HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs while managing performance appraisals and compensation structures. You will handle employee relations, ensure regulatory compliance with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF, work passes, IR8A and IR21, and coordinate recruitment to meet manpower needs.

Qualificações

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably with supervisory/managerial duties.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and local HR practices.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations and HR administration.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, payroll, attendance, leave management and employee administration.
• Develop, implement and improve HR policies, handbooks and SOPs; manage performance appraisals and compensation structures.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF, work pass requirements, IR8A and IR21.
• Plan and coordinate recruitment activities to meet manpower requirements.
• Lead and guide the HR team to ensure efficient and accurate HR operations.
• Work closely with department heads and management on HR-related matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and operational efficiency.
