Job summary

CAREXUS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee the full range of HR operations and employee relations in Singapore.

You will manage recruitment, manpower planning, payroll, benefits, and compensation administration while ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth HR services across the organisation. The role emphasizes leadership, policy development, and the implementation of performance management, training, and HR systems, including BIPO.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong leadership skills required.
• Prior automotive industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations and employee relations.
• Manage recruitment, manpower planning, and workforce requirements.
• Oversee monthly payroll, employee benefits, and compensation administration.
• Implement and manage performance management and appraisal processes.
• Plan and coordinate employee training, development, and learning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with MOM requirements and all applicable statutory regulations.
• Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook.
• Manage office administration, facilities, and workplace operations.
• Administer employee insurance and benefits programmes.
• Coordinate business travel, accommodation, and related arrangements.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and external service providers.
• Administer and maintain HR systems, including BIPO and other HR platforms.
• Provide HR advice and support to management on employee, organisational, and people-related matters.
