Exponent is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead daily HR operations in Singapore. You will oversee recruitment, payroll, attendance, leave management and employee administration, while shaping policies, SOPs and compensation structures.

You will manage employee relations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements across the HR function, partnering with department heads. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Formación

• Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with supervisory/managerial exposure
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and local HR practices
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations and HR administration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; problem-solving ability
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily HR operations: recruitment, payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee administration
• Develop and implement HR policies, handbooks and SOPs; manage appraisals and compensation structures
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF, work passes, IR8A/IR21
• Plan and coordinate recruitment to meet manpower needs
• Lead HR team and collaborate with department heads; identify process improvements
