Job summary

Exponent is seeking an HR Operations professional in Singapore to manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and work pass administration. You will ensure accurate records, support audits, and help maintain compliance across the workforce.

You will handle foreign worker documentation, resolve workplace issues, and assist in incident and admin tasks while collaborating with stakeholders to keep HR processes smooth and compliant.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Business Studies, Administration, or HR.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR work experience.
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations with accuracy.
• Maintain staff dormitory records and OFWAS for foreign workers.
• Investigate workplace conflicts and manage staff grievances.
• Assist ISO and bizSAFE audits to ensure compliance.
• Support ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks.
