Job summary

EQUE Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR operations professional to manage full-spectrum HR functions across the organization, including recruitment, payroll, work passes, compensation and benefits, welfare, and performance appraisals.

You will coordinate training, implement quarterly and 360° reviews, develop fair HR policies, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations while handling confidential data and timely government submissions.

Qualifications

• Degree in related discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices.
• Ability to make sound decisions under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Good analytical mind with data insights.
• Possesses a high degree of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations including recruitment, payroll, work passes, benefits, welfare, performance appraisals and inductions.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives for all employees.
• Implement performance reviews (quarterly/annual and 360°).
• Develop fair HR policies and handbooks, ensuring compliance.
• Research compensation standards to create salary structures and administer benefits.
• Advise on labor legislation issues.
• Ensure timely submissions of government claims (CPF, leave, tax, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.
