Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including employee relations and day-to-day HR matters.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning and payroll processing, while implementing performance management, training and compliance with MOM regulations. This role also covers HR policy maintenance and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, ER, and HR operations.
• Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems; BIPO experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including employee relations and day-to-day HR matters.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning and workforce requirements.
• Handle monthly payroll processing, compensation, employee benefits and insurance administration.
• Implement and administer performance management and employee appraisal processes.
• Plan and coordinate employee training, development and learning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, employment legislation and statutory requirements.
• Develop, review and maintain HR policies, procedures and the Employee Handbook.
• Oversee office administration, facilities management and workplace operations.
• Coordinate business travel, accommodation and related arrangements.
• Manage external vendors, contractors and service providers.
• Administer and maintain HR systems, including BIPO and other HR platforms.
• Provide hands-on HR advisory and support to management on employee relations, organisational matters and people-related matters.
