You will partner with management to ensure staffing needs are met, coordinate orientation programs, and uphold accurate personnel records while supporting benefits and compensation processes.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Staffing: Write job descriptions, post vacancies, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
• Onboarding and Training: Welcome new hires, coordinate orientation, and implement training programs to build staff skills.
• Employee Relations: Mediate conflicts, handle grievances, and administer disciplinary actions when needed.
• Records and Administration: Maintain accurate employee files, track attendance, and manage leave requests.
• Compensation and Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, health benefits administration, and salary reviews.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure company rules comply with local labor laws and safety regulations.
