Job summary

Yangtze Marine Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an HR Administrator to support recruitment, payroll, and records management. The role involves posting advertisements, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining compliant employee records.

You will assist in employment contract renewals, coordinate medical arrangements for foreign staff, and handle immigration-related tasks, data entry, and government surveys as needed.

Responsibilities

• Posting of recruitment advertisements
• Engagement with both internal and external stakeholders such as employees and vendors, etc
• Manage office sundry purchases
• Payroll administration
• Assists in employment contract renewals
• Coordinate medical arrangement for foreign employees (medical check-ups for work pass, and vaccination)
• Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees.
• Assists in the co-ordination of social and recreational activities to promote the general welfare of all employees
• Performs HR data entry relating to employee's information, training records, etc.
• Manage and route phone calls appropriately
• Assists in work pass applications and other immigration related work.
• Prepare and submit government bodies and statutory board related surveys.
