Job summary

HXT CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an HR professional to manage a full spectrum of human resource activities.

The role covers manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, policy review, payroll verification and monthly HR reporting. You will ensure timely payroll processing, compliance with IRAS, CPF, MOM, WDA and other agencies, prepare employment contracts and HR letters, and maintain accurate employee data and HR records for insights and process

Qualifications

• Master/Degree in HRM required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training & development oversight.
• Payroll verification and timely processing.
• Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IRAS, CPF, MOM, WDA, and related agencies.
• Generate monthly HR reports and analyze data trends.
