Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Human Resources.
• Good knowledge and interpretation of the employment Act and government regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities including design & job postings, interview scheduling, screening, and reference checks.
• Plan and propose remuneration packages aligned with market trends and government guidelines.
• Prepare onboarding documents, coordinate onboarding and announcements.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Manage off-boarding, including resignation letters and exit processes.
• Coordinate training programs, track completion and handle funding applications.
• Assist in performance appraisals and employee communications.
• Coordinate with Operations on manpower, site registrations and project execution.
