Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Admin, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR, payroll, and administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, MOM regulations, IRAS submissions, PWM.
• Hands-on payroll processing and HRIS/payroll systems experience.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations, payroll processing, work pass administration, compliance matters, and operational support.
• Process payroll and manage HRIS/payroll systems.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
• Manage Work Pass applications and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, CPF, MOM regulations, IRAS submissions, PWM requirements.
• Handle NEA licence compliance, WICA reporting, workplace incident handling, and insurance coordination.
• Coordinate between management, operations teams, government agencies, and external stakeholders.
