Job summary

Vac-Tech Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional to own payroll and key HR functions for a diverse workforce. You will guide junior team members, handle complex HR matters and support HR improvement projects.

The role covers payroll processing, benefits, work-pass administration, employee relations and performance initiatives. A Diploma/Degree in HRM or related field and 5+ years of generalist experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of HR generalist/operations experience.
• Strong payroll experience and knowledge of Singapore law and MOM/CPF requirements.
• Experience in work-pass administration for foreign employees.
• Proficient in Excel and handling HR data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly payroll cycle and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage HR operations: onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding.
• Handle work-pass applications, renewals and related regulatory requirements.
• Address employee relations and disciplinary matters with discretion.
• Support performance reviews, training and HR improvement projects.
• Prepare HR reports and management presentations.
