Job summary

Vanguard Interiors Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Payroll & HR Administration professional to join our small team. You will handle payroll end-to-end, verify overtime and incentives, and ensure CPF submissions and statutory reporting are accurate.

You will maintain HRIS records, manage onboarding/offboarding, prepare HR letters, and respond to payroll queries. The ideal candidate has a diploma/degree in HR and 1–2 years of related experience, with strong communication and time management

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR management or related field.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.
• Experience with Infotech HR System and Google Suite is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of payroll processing.
• Verify and process overtime claims, incentives and reimbursements.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments, CPF submissions, IR8A, IR21 and annual bonus/increment.
• Submit government claims within stipulated time frame.
• Track attendance/lateness records and compute deductions.
• Conduct on-boarding and off-boarding.
• Administer HR letters (contracts, confirmation, extension of probation, promotion).
• Maintain HRIS and update employees' particulars and information.
• File personnel documents and data entry into payroll system.
• Manage foreign employees' work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
• Attend to queries on payroll related matters.
• Undertake ad-hoc HR and payroll projects as assigned.
• Plan, brainstorm and execute all company wide events.
• Manage workplace and create simple advertorial posters for announcements.
