Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a responsible, proactive HR professional to oversee HR, payroll, administration, and operational support across a fast-paced environment in Singapore. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage payroll processing, and coordinate with management, government agencies, and external stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll processing, work pass administration, and compliance matters to support daily business activities with

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, business admin, accounting, or related field.
• At least 3 years in HR, payroll, and administration, preferably in service industries.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, MOM, IRAS, PWM, and compliance.
• Hands-on payroll processing and HRIS/payroll systems experience.
• Familiar with Work Pass application/renewal.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of NEA license, WICA, workplace incident handling, and insurance coordination is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and payroll/HR systems.
• Good organizational, communication, interpersonal skills; able to multitask.
• Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment; confidentiality.
