The role covers end-to-end monthly payroll for multiple entities, CPF contributions, tax submissions, and HR operations support within a compliant, controlled environment. The candidate will manage bank payments, payroll reporting, and liaison with Finance on accruals and audits, while maintaining data accuracy in the HRIS system and supporting HR business partners on various

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities.
• Administer CPF contributions and statutory submissions.
• Handle monthly payroll reporting and cost allocations.
• Manage income tax reporting (IR8A/AIS/IR21) where applicable.
• Prepare payroll audits and ensure internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Set up HRIS and payroll configuration for new entities.
• Coordinate salary payments and bank file uploads.
• Respond to payroll/HR inquiries from employees.
• Support HR business partners with operational tasks.
• Assist with HRrelated projects and data integrity in HRMS.
