Job summary

Cortina Watch Pte Ltd, a leading luxury watch retailer in Asia, invites applications for an HR Executive (Maternity Cover Contract) to support payroll, recruitment, HR operations, and lifecycle management. The role requires hands-on payroll experience in Singapore, knowledge of CPF/IRAS/MOM, and independence to manage confidential matters while delivering accurate HR services across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must have diploma or degree in HR management, business administration or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR generalist experience with hands-on Singapore payroll experience
• Experience with BIPO or other HRMS/payroll systems
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, IRAS and MOM requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage full monthly payroll cycle using BIPO, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Handle commission and overtime processing, and reconcile payroll inputs
• Manage CPF, IRAS/AIS/IR8A and other statutory payroll requirements
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding and employee documentation
• Handle recruitment for mid-level and experienced hires
• Prepare HR letters, reports and maintain HRMS records
• Provide HR and admin support including reception coverage
• Support HR projects, policy updates, audits and process improvements
