Responsibilities

• End-to-end monthly payroll processing across multiple entities.
• Prepare and upload bank payment files; coordinate salary disbursement.
• Administer statutory payroll matters (CPF, government leave claims, submissions).
• Manage annual income tax reporting (IR8A/AIS) and IR21 tax clearance where applicable.
• Prepare monthly payroll GL reporting, cost allocation, and annual leave accruals.
• Support payroll audits and ensure internal controls.
• Manage KMP remuneration reporting and documentation.
• Raise adhoc payments via direct bank transfer with approvals.
• Administer employee benefits, claims reimbursement, leave carry-forward/forfeiture.
• Verify HRMS data for hires, moves, salary changes, confirmations, resignations.
• Provide HR operations support for HR business partners.
• Respond to employee HR admin inquiries.
• Assist HRIS/payroll integration for newly acquired entities.
• Conduct reference checks as required.
• Familiar with HRMS (BIPO or similar).
• Support HR enhancement projects.
• Undertake other HR-related responsibilities as assigned.
