Job summary

St Andrew's Autism Centre (SAAC) is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure accurate HRIS records, and execute HR transactions within approved workflows.

The role supports talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, and L&D administration across divisions to drive organizational effectiveness. Relevant experience in social services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business, Psychology, or equivalent.
• IHRP Certification preferred or actively pursuing.
• WSQ HR qualifications or SkillsFuture funding an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle for assigned divisions, incl. contracts, confirmation, renewals, transfers and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and data integrity for assigned employees.
• Process HR transactions and documentation per SAAC policies and approvals.
