Job summary

ARC(S) is seeking a Senior Executive, Talent Attraction to drive end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles. You will proactively attract and engage talent through targeted outreach, events, networking and digital platforms while strengthening our employer brand and EVP.

You will develop compelling talent content and use analytics to improve recruitment strategies, working closely with the Talent Attraction team on broader HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in in-house Talent Acquisition or Talent Attraction.
• Ability to develop innovative talent attraction approaches.
• Proficient in leveraging technology/analytics to drive data-informed outreach campaigns.

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing to onboarding, with a positive candidate experience.
• Proactively attract and engage talent through outreach, events, networking and digital platforms.
• Contribute to bringing the Employee Value Proposition to life via employer branding initiatives.
• Create compelling talent content including employee stories and recruitment communications.
• Use talent insights and analytics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with the team on wider initiatives to streamline internal processes.

As a Senior Executive, Talent Attraction, together with your teammates, you will:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing and assessment to offer and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Proactively attract and engage talent through targeted outreach, career events, networking and digital platforms, building relationships beyond immediate hiring needs.
• Contribute to bringing our Employee Value Proposition to life through employer branding and talent attraction initiatives that strengthen our position as an employer of choice.
• Create compelling talent content including employee stories, digital campaigns and recruitment communications that showcase our purpose, people, culture and career opportunities.
• Use talent insights and analytics to evaluate recruitment and attraction effectiveness, identify opportunities and continuously improve our strategies.
• Work as a team on wider initiatives to streamline internal processes

• 3–5 years’ experience in in-house Talent Acquisition or Talent Attraction, preferably in the education sector.
• Demonstrated ability to develop innovative talent attraction approaches and contribute to strengthening Employer Brand.
• Highly proficient in leveraging technology/analytics to drive data-informed outreach campaigns on multimedia platforms to reach and engage target talent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels.
• Able to drive individual recruitment portfolio independently and work cohesively as a team
• Passion for people and purpose, with a strong desire to contribute not only to Talent Attraction, but to the wider HR agenda and organisational mission.
