Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group Hong Kong is seeking an HR Ops Expert in Singapore to join a fast-paced technology team. You will ensure efficient HR services, optimize operations, and uphold local labour regulations with strong math and logic for payroll accuracy and HRIS integrity.

You will design payroll processes, maintain accurate HR data, support cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvements to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimise and implement HR operations processes across the employee life cycle.
• Manage employee data within HRIS ensuring accuracy and timely updates for analytics.
• Collaborate with finance, legal and IT on payroll, tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
