Job summary

JPN Industrial Trading PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced HR professional to lead the full employee lifecycle and HR operations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws. You will work with management to deliver effective HR solutions that support business goals and enhance employee engagement.

The role covers payroll, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, work pass administration, records management, leave and benefits, training coordination, performance management, and reporting

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM/Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Singapore, preferably in generalist or HR management role.
• Experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin to engage with Chinese-speaking workers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR and Administration operations to ensure smooth, compliant processes.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding to maintain workforce continuity.
• Process monthly payroll, including overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory submissions.
• Administer work pass applications, renewals, and foreign worker levy compliance.
• Maintain accurate HR data in the HRM system for reporting and audits.
• Coordinate employee leave, medical benefits, insurance, and welfare programs.
• Track staff training programs and maintain development records.
• Manage performance appraisal processes and employee relations activities.
• Prepare HR, payroll, manpower, and compliance reports for management.
• Liaise with MOM, CPF, IRAS, and other regulatory bodies for statutory compliance.
