Job summary

Energizer Holdings in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the site’s HR function and partner with plant leadership. You will shape people strategies, drive workforce planning and organizational effectiveness, and ensure HR services support continuous manufacturing excellence.

Reporting to the Director, HR EMEA & APAC, you will manage a team of four HR professionals, oversee payroll governance, talent reviews and labour relations, and ensure compliance with Singapore employment

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (desired).
• Experience partnering with business leaders and coaching line managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR team and oversee day-to-day HR operations
• Coach and develop HR team members and ensure effective service delivery
• Manage HR priorities, build team capability and drive continuous improvement across HR processes
• Lead quota optimisation and workforce planning activities with the plant leadership team
• Lead or participate in talent reviews, succession planning reviews, calibration reviews and performance management
• Identify organisational capability gaps and recommend appropriate development initiatives
• Partner with business leaders on organisational and people-related matters
• Support organisational change and business transformation initiatives
• Ensure HR practices are aligned with Singapore employment legislation, MOM and MPH requirements and company policies
• Oversee payroll governance, HR administration and employee lifecycle processes
