Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as HR generalist with payroll/benefits responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of local HR legislation and regulations (Singapore).
• Experience handling foreign employees and work passes is a plus.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Team player with strong communication and process-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing with HR shared services to ensure timely salary payments.
• Administer time attendance system and track employee hours.
• Manage leavers' settlements and tax clearance for departing employees.
• Ensure HR transactions follow policies and timeline approvals.
• Handle HR operations including leave, benefits, and work pass management.
• Respond to inquiries from employees and managers regarding payroll, leave, and benefits.
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline daily HR operations.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and statutory submissions as required.
• Support engagement and wellness initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
