Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist in Singapore to drive payroll, benefits, and HR operations. You will liaise with HR Shared Services and manage salary processing, attendance, and compliance with Singapore laws.

The role requires at least 5 years in HR generalist roles, knowledge of CPF/IRAS, and comfort handling confidential information in a manufacturing setting. Flexible working arrangements are supported where possible.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in business management and/or HRM.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR generalist.
• Knowledge of Singapore HR legislation, CPF & IRAS requirements.
• Experience in manufacturing with foreign employees.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Administer time attendance and leave management in Singapore.
• Handle leavers’ settlements and tax clearance for departing staff.
• Ensure HR transactions follow policies, approvals and timelines.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics and statutory submissions.
• Support engagement, wellness initiatives and process improvements.
