Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group in Singapore seeks an HR Partner to lead talent management, development and employee experience across the Singapore region. You will partner with managers, drive succession planning, onboarding, performance processes and global HR initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in HR, a bachelor’s degree in HR or business, and proven ability to navigate a fast-paced, matrixed multinational environment with strong communication and coaching skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and/or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of demonstrated HR and Employee Relations experience.
• Experience in a global multinational, multi-cultural environment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication, coaching, presentation and change management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client managers to define resourcing, assist Talent Acquisition in interview processes and select top talent.
• Support performance reviews, goal setting and succession/talent development plans.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to ensure needed programs are in place.
• Own onboarding/offboarding, manage data with HR Shared Services, and address ER concerns.
• Lead and support global/local engagement initiatives and change management activities.
