Job summary

BeeX in Singapore seeks a Senior HR Manager to provide strategic and operational HR leadership as the company scales. You will partner with management and the HR Operations team to run workforce planning, talent management, compensation, engagement, and compliance across a fast-growing startup.

You will design career pathways, lead performance reviews, oversee HR operations, and ensure policies meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in HR/BA/psychology or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience with leadership.
• Experience across ER, IR, HR operations, recruitment.
• Strong data orientation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations across onboarding, transfers, confirmations, disciplinary matters, promotions and offboarding.
• Ensure HR processes are accurate, compliant with policies and employment law.
• Audit HR workflows to identify redundancies and bottlenecks; drive improvements.
• Oversee HR documentation, records, audits and compliance requirements.
• Act as focal point for employee relations; manage grievances and investigations.
• Build relations with unions and employee stakeholders; support collective agreements.
• Advise managers on employment legislation, practices and risk mitigation.
• Develop HR strategies aligned with growth and organisational goals.
• Create career pathways architecture and succession planning.
• Support leadership development and HR governance initiatives.
